The 30% deposit can be paid by credit or debit card through Stripe, by PayPal, or by direct bank transfer when those methods are enabled. Card and PayPal details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Croatissimo.
The selected villa defines the balance method: a secure online payment link, direct bank transfer, or payment on arrival. The method and due date are shown before the reservation is submitted and repeated in the confirmation email.
Check the available limit, online-payment permissions, 3-D Secure approval and currency conversion with your bank. You can retry or choose another enabled method. Contact support before repeating multiple payments if your bank shows a completed charge.
Cancellation charges and any refund depend on the terms accepted for that booking and the villa-specific policy. Contact support as early as possible. A cancellation is not complete until it is acknowledged in writing.

General information
You can send an enquiry at any time. Live-call availability is shown in the Support card and may be changed in the WordPress Support Page settings. Messages received outside those hours are answered as soon as the team is available.
Availability is checked again by the server whenever you request a quote and before a reservation is created. A villa is not secured until the required 30% deposit has been received or a bank-transfer hold has been created under the stated deadline.
Yes. Any active discount configured for that villa and travel period is calculated automatically. Checkout shows the full price first, the discount as a separate line, and the final total so the saving is clear.
It means the villa, dates, guest count, rates, fees, discount and availability are recalculated on the server. The guest then pays the exact 30% reservation deposit using one of the enabled payment methods.
Times can differ by villa. Use the times displayed on the villa page and in the booking confirmation. An earlier arrival or later departure is only confirmed when the villa team approves it in writing.
Yes. Open the contact panel, send an enquiry or request a callback. Include the villa name, intended dates and number of guests so the team can answer precisely.
Unless the villa page explicitly says otherwise, the reservation is for the entire property and the registered travelling party. Any on-site staff or owner access is described in the villa information or arrival instructions.
Depending on the property, check-in may be hosted in person or completed through secure self-check-in. The confirmed method, contact person and arrival instructions are sent before arrival.
Accommodation providers may be legally required to register guests. Only the information needed for the reservation and statutory registration should be requested, and it must be handled under the published Privacy Policy.
Croatissimo brings villa information, verified pricing, availability, booking details and payment instructions into one consistent process, with a support contact available when a guest needs help.
Booking and payment
Choose the villa, check-in and check-out dates, and the correct number of adults and children. Review the server-verified full price, discount, fees, total and price per person. Enter the guest details, accept the terms and pay the 30% deposit using an available method.
The 30% deposit can be paid by credit or debit card through Stripe, by PayPal, or by direct bank transfer when those methods are enabled. Card and PayPal details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Croatissimo.
The reservation deposit is 30% of the booking total and secures the reservation. A refundable damage deposit may apply only when stated in the villa information or booking terms; it is separate from the reservation payment and is returned according to the property rules.
A pet fee is included only when it appears in the verified checkout breakdown. Pet acceptance, the number of pets and any fee depend on the selected villa and must be confirmed before arrival.
Dates cannot be treated as fully confirmed without payment. A bank-transfer selection may create a temporary hold for the deadline shown at checkout, but the booking is confirmed only after the transfer is matched and approved.
Every checkout still performs a final availability and pricing check. If a villa needs manual confirmation or the dates become unavailable, the system must not accept a misleading payment as a confirmed reservation.
The checkout breakdown separates the stay price, discount, additional guests, pet fee, mandatory fees and selected extras. The Total is the amount for the full stay after all included deductions and additions.
The deposit is due when the reservation is submitted. For direct bank transfer, use the exact amount, IBAN and unique booking reference shown in the instructions and complete the payment before the stated hold expires.
The selected villa defines the balance method: a secure online payment link, direct bank transfer, or payment on arrival. The method and due date are shown before the reservation is submitted and repeated in the confirmation email.
If the stay is close and the configured due date has passed, the remaining balance is marked as due now. Follow the exact payment method shown for that villa or contact support before assuming the booking is fully paid.
Checkout creates a pending reservation and provides the account holder, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, exact amount and a unique payment reference. Send the transfer from your bank, keep the receipt and use the exact reference. The reservation becomes confirmed only after the team verifies the incoming payment.
Check the available limit, online-payment permissions, 3-D Secure approval and currency conversion with your bank. You can retry or choose another enabled method. Contact support before repeating multiple payments if your bank shows a completed charge.
Only when the selected villa explicitly uses Payment on arrival as its remaining-balance policy. Never bring cash based on an assumption; the booking confirmation must state the amount, currency and agreed arrival method.
Yes. When the balance method is online, the confirmation provides a secure payment link. Croatissimo does not store the card used for the deposit and does not automatically charge it later.
The confirmation records the villa and booking details. Final access instructions, local contact details and the exact meeting or self-check-in procedure are sent before arrival according to the villa policy.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation charges and any refund depend on the terms accepted for that booking and the villa-specific policy. Contact support as early as possible. A cancellation is not complete until it is acknowledged in writing.
A lead-guest change may be possible after identity and contact details are updated and approved. It does not automatically change the villa, dates, price, payment schedule or cancellation terms.
Contact support before arrival. The revised total cannot exceed the villa capacity and may change additional-guest charges, tourist obligations, extras or other fees. The server must recalculate the booking before the change is confirmed.
A change is not automatic because each villa has separate ownership, availability, prices and rules. Support can review the request, but any transfer is valid only after written approval and payment of any price difference.
Villa and search information
Use the destination, dates and guest count in search, then refine the results using the available villa characteristics. Entering correct dates and occupancy is essential because capacity, minimum stay and prices vary by property.
The selected period may be occupied, shorter than the minimum stay, incompatible with arrival rules or outside a configured rate season. Search shows villas that match the supplied constraints.
Yes. Use the header search and enter the villa name. The same search can also surface destinations, experiences and special-offer collections.
No. Some villas permit flexible arrivals, while others use fixed changeover days in certain seasons. The selected dates must satisfy the individual villa rules.
Minimum stay is the smallest number of nights accepted for the selected villa and period. It may change between seasons and is checked again before checkout can continue.
Capacity rules are villa-specific. Always enter adults and children accurately and check the stated maximum occupancy. If a baby or cot changes the permitted occupancy, confirm it with support.
The primary price is normally for the whole villa, not a sale of individual beds. Checkout may show an informational price per person based on the current guest count, but increasing or reducing guests changes the total only when the villa has configured occupancy charges.
Only villas marked as pet-friendly or available on request should be considered. Add the pet in checkout where available and contact support with the type, size and number of pets before booking if approval is required.
Multiple pets require explicit approval unless the villa rules clearly allow them. Extra cleaning or pet charges may be added to the verified booking breakdown.
Check the villa amenities and optional extras. If the item is essential, request written confirmation because quantities and age or weight limits may apply.
Only with prior written approval. Events can affect capacity, noise rules, deposits, cleaning, staffing, suppliers and local permissions. A normal accommodation booking does not by itself authorise an event.
